Conference and Competition
Dear Explorer Advisor,
The 2023 Duluth Law Enforcement Explorer Conference and Competition will be October 20 – 21, 2023 and hosted by Minnesota Law Enforcement Explorer Association and will be held at the Fond Du Lac Tribal and Community College in Cloquet, Minnesota.
The conference has been designed to keep Explorer’s current on their skills and make some of the best in the nation. The event is also a great way to introduce new Explorers to realistic scenarios that will benefit them in their Exploring and future professional careers. This year’s scenario-based competitions are designed to challenge participants and create an environment for learning.

Street Decisions
Space in the conference will be limited to 40 teams. The cost is $75 per Explorer and $55 per Advisor. This fee includes registration and two meals: lunch and dinner on Saturday. Travel and lodging accommodations will be up to the individual posts. Registration will close on October 13, 2023, or when we reach 40 teams. Along with your registration each person attending will need to complete a waiver to attend the conference.
